As we reported in May, following the EICF Conference and Exhibition in Seville, a clear message emerged: the industry needs a reliable, scalable supply chain capable of meeting growing superalloy demand with the product quality, service, and commitment customers expect.

We listened and have delivered:

  • Increased production and processing capacity since January 2026.
  • Expanded and secured melting capacity to support long-term commitments.
  • new industry-leading Reichmann grinding, cutting, and finishing line (commissioning Q4 2026).

Ross & Catherall continues to offer industry-leading capability, operating more VIM furnaces across a wider range of melt capacities than any other cast bar stock superalloy manufacturer worldwide. This flexibility enables us to tailor production precisely to your volume, alloy, and scheduling requirements.

2027 capacity is already being secured as long-term orders increase, while lead times for spot requirements continue to tighten.

Plan ahead to secure capacity and ensure continuity of supply.
